If an item is
no longer available on the website, then we no
longer have any in stock. Most items are not
reordered. You may contact the Sharks
Store at HP Pavilion for additional

merchandise?
All returns/damaged
merchandise have to be returned within 30 days
of receiving order. All
the paperwork in the box will need to be
returned. If an exchange or return needs to made

Jose Sharks Gift Card?
Gift cards
can be purchased online that may be
redeemed at Sharks
Territory at Valley
Fair and the Sharks
Store located inside the HP Pavilion. Gift
cards will not be
accepted for online purchases. A shipping charge
will be added because
the Gift card will mail through
UPS.

15. Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, UPS cannot ship to a
PO Box. If a PO Box is listed as a ship to, an
SVSE customer
service representative will contact you for an
alternate
