2. Can I order from outside the United States? Yes, but we do charge an additional fee to all international orders; a customer service representative from SVSE Merchandise will email or call you concerning the additional fee before processing the order. |

3. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website? |

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact the Sharks Store at HP Pavilion for additional product. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory. |

4. Can I modify or adjust my order? Yes, after an order is placed you can contact one of the customer service reps and they will adjust your order before it ships. |

7. How quickly do you ship? All orders ship out from our warehouse within 3-4days for Ground shipping. |

8. Is my credit card number and information secured? Yes, all credit card information is kept secure and confidential. |

9. How do I know what size to choose? Please call an SVSE Merchandise customer service representative to help you with sizing. |

10. How can I pay for my order? We except Credit Cards only. Master Card, VISA and American Express. We do not except Discover. |

11. How can I return or exchange my merchandise? All returns/damaged merchandise have to be returned within 30 days of receiving order. All the paperwork in the box will need to be returned. If an exchange or return needs to made please contact a Customer Service rep for the correct return address. |

12. What if the merchandise is not in stock? If an order is placed for merchandise out of stock, you will be contacted by Customer Service. |

13. What if I haven't received my order? For status of your order please contact a SVSE Merchandise customer service representative and they will assist you. |

14. When will my credit card be charged? : Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. |

15. What if my credit card is denied? You will receive an email or phone call from an SVSE Merchandise customer service representative concerning your declined credit card. Your order will NOT be shipped until the transaction is successful or until another card is provided.
16. Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. If a PO Box is listed as a ship to, an SVSE customer service representative will contact you for an alternate address.
